About tour
Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel. We offer transportation pick up and return transfer, then also winter clothes and we are ready for special dinner – New Year Celebration and Aurora Hunting with Snowmobile 2019.
We drive you 30km to the North in the middle of the forest which is a ideal place to avoid city lights and explore the Lapland nature for Northern Lights Hunting tour.
On this day, you can spend your night welcoming a new year in a warm and slightly mystical atmosphere. Spending your night in a Sami-decorated Kota (especially for small children and family during 5 hours in the tour), enjoying the drinks with snacks on the terrace in the middle of nowhere, having a toast, launching fireworks and then, trying to take a sneak peek to predict how your life will be in the following year by a very Finnish traditional method, Tinanvalanta (a method which you melt the tin, then quickly pour it into a bucket of cold water. The result is based on how the object and its shadow look like). Sounds interesting, right?
To be more specific, you will spend the New Year Eve Event enjoying Finnish traditions including melting tin, watching fireworks and trying to spot the Northern Lights. Later, you could try the snowmobile sleighing 5-7km in the forest and snow hiking.
We enjoy large festive meal including many kind of special and local delicacies like moose, reindeer, wild berries and cheese. Fireworks in the midnight. Champagne. Back in town at 2 A.M. A trip that you remember for a life time!

Cancellation policy
Cancellation needs to made in written (with name of the customer and the activity). When the cancellation is made (in Finnish time)- 7 – 3 days prior to the departure, cancellation fee is 25 euros
- 2 – 1 days prior to the departure, the customer will be refunded 50% of the purchased product.
- less than 24 hours or no show at the departure, no refund.
For changes in the activities, they must be done in written.
